Returns & Refunds

1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from date of delivery to request a return.

2. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or receipt.

  • Final sale items include:

    • Personalized, branded, or custom-made products

    • Gift cards

    • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. certain fitness gear, beauty items)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@iceandfire.store with your:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return shipping instructions.

  3. Include the completed RMA form inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer pays for shipping returns, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package; IceAndFire is not responsible for lost returns.

5. Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 7–10 business days):

    • Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (depending on bank/processor).

  • For returns beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase, we’ll offer store credit only.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • We'll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

  • Currently offer store credit only; you can place a new order after return.

8. Price Adjustments

If an item you've purchased goes on sale within 7 days, you may request a one-time price adjustment (with proof of purchase).

9. Non‑Refundable Costs

  • Shipping fees (except for defective/damaged items)

  • Gift wrapping or handling charges

  • Gift card purchases
