1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Gift cards

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. certain fitness gear, beauty items)

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@iceandfire.store with your:

Reason for return

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide return shipping instructions.

Include the completed RMA form inside the package.
4. Return Shipping Fees

Customer pays for shipping returns, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your package; IceAndFire is not responsible for lost returns.
5. Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 7–10 business days):

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days (depending on bank/processor).

For returns beyond 30 days or without proof of purchase, we’ll offer store credit only.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery.

We'll cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
7. Exchanges

Currently offer store credit only; you can place a new order after return.
8. Price Adjustments
If an item you've purchased goes on sale within 7 days, you may request a one-time price adjustment (with proof of purchase).
